Our intention is to remove financial barriers so you can say yes to this experience with ease and trust. To ease participation we are offering:

Confirming Your Attendance
Your security deposit today will confirm your attendance and lock in your retreat price. At checkout, you will have options to select your interest free payment plan. Once your deposit is confirmed, we will provide a survey so you may indicate any dietary and lodging needs.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds minus the $300 non-refundable deposit are available if requested 30 days or more before the retreat. No refunds are possible within 30 days of the retreat. In case of cancellation, you may transfer your reservation to another person with at least 21 days notice. Due to arrangements made with our vacation hosts, there can be no exceptions to this policy. Participants will be required to sign an application and liability waiver to participate on this trip.
